FAQs

Please see below for the most common frequently asked questions...

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Most orders are processed and shipped out in 1-2 business days. Transit time to most urban areas in British Columbia is 1-2 business days, more remote locations in BC and places on the East Coast of Canada can take up to 4-6 business days.

In some rare cases, actual shipping costs may be higher than what was charged in the store. This usually occurs when shipping to remote locations in Canada. In these cases, the customer will be contacted before shipping with an accurate shipping quote for their review before shipment.

Q: What happens if a package is not deliverable or is returned to sender?

A: Please ensure you enter your correct address for shipping, if your address is incorrect and your package cannot be delivered, you will be assessed additional shipping charges to have it resent.

Q: How often should I change my trailer tires?

A: Trailer tires are made of a synthetic material. You should change them when the tread has worn down, or after approx 5 years, as the synthetic material degrades over time. If you notice cracking of the sidewalls in older tires, it is recommended that you change them to avoid a sidewall blowout.

Q: Where are the wheels/tires made?

A: The wheels and tires are manufactured in China.

Q: Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?

A: Tires are a consumable product. We do not offer a warranty or guarantee on products sold in our store, but products may be covered under their respective manufacturer's warranty policy.
